  • A player cannot play for another team without approval from the Tournament Coordinator. Points will be forfeited.

  • Shin pads are mandatory.

  • Games start and finish on the hooter.

  • HT sounded by Hooter, teams change around without break.

  • If a team isn't ready after 2m from the hooter, the referee will start play, with the team who is ready kicking off.

  • A team must have a minimum of 7 players on the field of play by the 2nd half hooter to avoid default. A default will be recorded as a 3-0 win for the opposition.

  • The Tournament Committee has the right to deduct points, remove a player or team from the tournament, with a possible ban from future tournaments.

  • Where there is a tie of points after Saturday pool play, goal difference (GD) will decide table positions. In the event of GD tied, the winner will be decided from most Goals Scored (GS) and in the event there is still a tie, Fair Play points awarded from will determine the winner.

  • If 2 teams are on equal points, GD and GS after pool play on Sunday, the winner will be decided by a penalty shoot-out (best of 3, then sudden death). The order of the penalty kicks shall be decided by the referee.

  • If teams are on equal points, GD and GS after pool play on Sunday, the winner will be decided by a 2/3 team sudden death penalty shoot-out. The order of the penalty kicks shall be decided by the referee. A team will be eliminated if they miss a penalty and another team scores in the same round.

  • In the event of a draw in the Semi-Finals and Plate Finals, a penalty shoot-out will take place (best of 3, then sudden death).

  • If the Challenge Final is drawn at the end of normal time, a penalty shoot-out will take place (best of 5, then sudden death).

Zero Tolerance BYO Alcohol Policy

We operate under a full alcohol license with strict legal conditions. To ensure compliance and avoid severe penalties for our staff and club, external alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.

  • Active Monitoring: Staff will regularly patrol the area and monitor CCTV footage.

  • Immediate Confiscation: Any alcohol not purchased from our bar will be confiscated permanently and will not be returned.

  • Strict Penalties: Repeat offenders and their associated team will be immediately escorted off the premises and banned from all future events.

We will have our club kitchen open, but we welcome teams to bring their own food as well.

We have 2 car parks at Links Ave, but do suggest carpooling where possible. The car park is locked at night and opens early each morning.
Please consider alternative transport if you are drinking; our staff can provide options if needed.

There is limited space for marquees on a first in basis. We have a covered grandstand and clubrooms.

NO METAL STUDS. Our grounds are firm, and metal studs can damage the artificial turf.
Shin pads are mandatory!
We love costumes, but please note that some costume elements may need to be removed for the game where deemed a Health & Safety risk by the referee (e.g. helmets).
