We are Tauranga’s premier football club based in the heart of the Mount where we’ve been providing football to the community since 1967. Based at Links Avenue Reserve, we also have pitches at Ocean Downs, Macville & Te Wati.

We're community focused and passionate that everyone, regardless of age, gender and ability has the opportunity to play, coach, referee and support football. We believe football delivers a range of social benefits, such as promoting good learning habits, healthy eating, confidence and leadership.

Our Mens First and U23 Reserves teams are the highest ranked teams in the Bay of Plenty, promoted to the NZF Northern League after winning the NRFL Championship in 2023. They now compete against some of the best clubs in Aotearoa. Players interested, should email barry@tcafc.co.nz

In 2023 TCAFC also won the WaiBOP Bay 2 and League One Mens leagues, and had teams entered in the Bay 1 Womens and Bay 1, 3 and Sunday Social Mens leagues.

In 2024, we are collaborating with Papamoa FC and Otumoetai FC to provide a full female football pathway. Our Womens First and Reserve players will now play as FC Tauranga Moana. Academy teams will also be entered in the U12, U14 & U16 competitions.

For Junior & Youth members, aged 5 - 19, we offer Saturday football in the WaiBOP leagues. For our younger members, aged 5 - 8, we offer additional training to help develop their football Skills. For members aged 9 - 12, FC Tauranga Moana operates NZ Football accredited Skills Centres which lead into more competitive teams for ages 11 - 17.
