ARE YOU REGISTERED?

Registrations close for our Baywide Senior and Saturday Junior & Youth teams next week, 31 March 2021. Following this, teams will be formed and communicated.


Season fees must be paid prior to the season starts, this includes any previous fees owed, unless you have an approved plan in place. Email treasurer@tcafc.co.nz if you would like to discuss this.


CHECK IF YOU ARE REGISTERED
Attending pre-season trainings, musters, open days or being part of our Term 1 football programmes (FFC & SKC) does not mean you are registered. This must be done online www.tcafc.co.nz/register.
If you are unsure, please log into your account and check (screenshots below to help, instructions also on our website resources page):

  1. Log in to www.tcafc.co.nz
    • You can click Forgotten Password to reset your details.
    • For new members, click Register.
  2. Select the player you want to check (parents/guardians should have all children listed).
  3. Click on Fees - you should have a "2021 Winter Season" fee if you are registered.


HOW ARE JUNIOR & YOUTH TEAMS FORMED?
Please reference our "Junior & Youth Team Formation & Grading" policy on our website resource page here. This is based on NZ Football's Team Formation & Grading Guide, a copy can also be found on our resources page.

HOW ARE SENIOR TEAMS FORMED?
We work with the team coach/manager to form squads. Players will be notified once this has been completed.
